This module usually works in combination with three XM-220 modules, each one signaling a specific critical failure condition. When two out of three XM-220 signals are active, the Allen-Bradley 1440-REX03-04RG XM-442 Module will shut the application process down and simultaneously signal the failure by activating an alarm or notifying the operators. Note that this procedure is automatic and the users have no way to manually configure any of theparameters.
