The Allen-Bradley 140G-G2C3-C30 thermal-magnetic circuit breaker is a Frame G circuit breaker from the 140G family of high-performance industrial circuit breakers designed to provide overcurrent protection and thermal protection for conductors and connected equipment. In addition to providing circuit protection, the Frame G circuit breakers can also serve as the main disconnecting means for control panels, and they can also be used for motor control circuit transformers. The 140G-G2C3-C30 circuit breaker consists of a rotary switch, a fixed thermal/magnetic trip unit, a fast-acting contact, and an arc chamber. It is rated 80% efficient at 40 degrees Celsius, and its compact design and easy-to-install accessories make it ideal for most control panel applications with tight space requirements.
