The 140G-G3C3-C30 is a circuit breaker from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation that has been packaged in a molded case and special protective materials such as metal that is treated to avoid corrosion, zinc plating, reinforced glass fiber, and synthetic resins, and it has anti-condensation electronic parts. This breaker has a compact and small design and it can be mounted in different positions without affecting its performance level. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 140G-G3C3-C30 circuit breaker is eligible to operate as the main circuit breaker in a circuit or equipment system, as a feeder breaker, and as a control panel switch. Depending on the application, more than one circuit breaker may be required. In this case, all the breakers that are selected need to be compatible with all the applications and equipment involved.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 140G-G3C3-C30 circuit breaker comes with a current rating of 30 Amps by default and an interrupting capacity of 25 kA. It works with a high level of efficiency but only with 80% of its current rating. This breaker has been previously tested for resistance to vibrations and shocks. It comes with different elements that provide stability. The breaker does not have a specific mounting position since this does not affect its functioning. One of the main things to consider is the operating temperature of the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 140G-G3C3-C30 circuit breaker. Since it employs a thermal detection mechanism, extreme temperatures might affect the breaker and its accuracy. The breaker uses bimetal bars that get heated by current flow as its heat detection mechanism. A high ambient temperature might affect this detection mechanism. Lower temperatures do not affect the breaker significantly, but these can also contribute to detection failures on occasion.
