The Allen-Bradley 140G-G6C3-C63 circuit breaker is a compact 3-pole industrial molded case circuit breaker with valuable features for global industries. The device has thermal and electromagnetic mechanisms that perform the mechanical disconnection of input and output contacts in the case of an overload. An overload is the flow of current through the device which is greater than the nominal fixed current value of 63 Amps. The mechanism for contact separation itself is designed in such a way that it cannot get jammed, so the reaction of the device itself is guaranteed in the case of a current overload. The position of the internal mechanism is indicated to the users via the lever which can be found in one of 3 positions, ON, OFF, or TRIP. The lever can also be activated manually, and it is also possible to purchase an automatic mechanism that is easily mounted on the 140G-G6C3-C63 circuit breaker and which can be reset remotely in applications that need this kind of logic function.
The Allen-Bradley 140G-G6C3-C63 circuit breaker measures 76.2 by 130 by 70 millimeters, and it comes with a 65 kA interrupt rating at 480 Volts AC and with a breaking capacity of 100 kA at 220 Volts AC, 50 kA at 500 Volts AC, 10 kA at 690 Volts AC, and one of 70 kA at 500 Volts DC. The 140G-G6C3-C63 circuit breaker can be utilized in panelboards, motor control centers, busways, or switchboard applications. It provides reliable and thoroughly tested thermal-magnetic protection solutions at an affordable price. This circuit breaker is CE certified and UL listed, and it supports a reverse feeding option.
