Manufactured by Cutler-Hammer, a division of the Eaton Corporation, the 140G-H2X3 circuit breaker is a molded case circuit breaker classified under the 140 G series of circuit breakers. The circuit breaker is designed to open or close the circuit automatically, based on the predetermined overcurrent level. To do this, the unit is designed to ensure that it does not damage itself, so long as it is applied within its rating. The 140G-H2X3 circuit breaker features the H frame type or frame rating and it is a 3-pole configuration unit. The 140G-H2X3 circuit breaker also features a current rating of 125 Amps, with the current range being frame-only. It features a rated insulation voltage of 1000 Volts while the rated impulse withstand voltage is 8 kV. The 140G-H2X3 circuit breaker features a mechanical life of 240 operations per hour while the electrical life is 120 operations per hour.
