The 140G-J2F3-D10 circuit breaker is a molded case circuit breaker that has been included in the frame J line of the 140 series of global molded case circuit breakers that have been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. Circuit breakers from this series have been tested to meet the IEC standards and that are suitable to operate in hot and humid environments. This temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius and the humidity level must remain between 5 and 95% without condensation. This breaker is also suitable to operate in temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius. The Allen-Bradley 140G-J2F3-D10 molded case circuit breaker’s purpose is to monitor and stop currents that have the ability to cause damage or interrupt the operating process of a machine. It employs a dual mechanism that is based on thermal and magnetic detection systems. Both of them are effective in detecting overcurrent and short circuit currents and at the same time, the breaker is able to perform an interrupting action of approximately 25 kiloamps.
