The 140G-J2F3-D17 circuit breaker is an advanced 140G circuit breaker manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is designed to provide thermal overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection. The 140G-J2F3-D17 circuit breaker comes with 175 Amps of current rating and a J Frame enclosure. The maximum current specification for J Frame breakers is 250 Amps. A variable thermal/magnetic trip unit is available on the 140G-J2F3-D17 circuit breaker which can be set between 122.5 and 175 Amps for the thermal trip and between 875 and 1750 Amps for the magnetic trip. The 140G-J2F3-D17 circuit breaker is a 3-pole circuit breaker with 25 kiloamps interrupting/breaking capacity at 480 Volts AC.
