The 140G-J6H3-D25 circuit breaker features an electronic type of trip unit which provides true current sensing for applications requiring precise and accurate protection, and it provides a thermal overload curve that mimics/simulates the operation of the real thermal heater. The 140G-J6H3-D25 circuit breaker belongs to the J Frame breaker family with a continuous current rating of 250 Amps, and it is designed for circuits with a maximum operating voltage of 600 Volts AC. This device has a maximum interrupting rating of 65.0 kA, and a voltage withstand rating of 8000 Volts.
