The Allen Bradley model 1606-XLS240-UPSE is an advanced uninterruptible power supply (UPS) controller that is part of the 1606 switched mode power supplies series. This device receives a nominal input of 24 volts DC and is capable of supporting a voltage input range between 22.5 to 30 volts DC.

When operating in normal mode, the UPS delivers a rated output power of either 240 watts or 360 watts, with a minimum output current rating of 15 amperes. In buffer mode, the controller provides a stable output voltage of 22.5 volts DC and can maintain an output current of at least 10 amperes, with a rated power output of 360 watts. The internal current consumption of the unit measures 2.2 amperes, which includes the current utilized for charging.

The device features spring-clamp terminals for straightforward electrical connections, facilitating installation and setup. It can accommodate battery sizes of 12 volts and between 17 to 130 ampere-hours, thus offering flexibility for various power demands.
