The Allen-Bradley 2755-DM9 decoder is a Bulletin 2755 series high-speed decoder. It comes with a 120 Volts AC power cord and a manual printed in English. A label in English is installed on the decoder to identify it. The 2755-DM9 decoder is designed to receive video from a laser scan head module and then to decode that video. The decoded data can then be sent to a device such as a computer or a terminal. The decoded data can also be compared to previously stored data, and the result of the comparison can be used to operate a maximum of 8 discrete outputs. The 2755-DM9 decoder can decode multiple barcode symbols including the Codabar, Code 128, Code 39, interleaved 2 or 5, EAN-8 and 13, and the IPC-A and E symbols.

The input line voltage for the 2755-DM9 decoder is 85 to 264 Volts AC at 47 to 63 Hertz. The maximum power consumption of the decoder is 50 VA with the scan head attached.
