The Allen-Bradley 1791P-16B0 is a CompactBlock module for the PROFIBUS DP with 16 sinking input points that can be grouped together into groups of 4 or 8 in one block. In the on-state, its voltage is a minimum of 10 Volts DC and it is a maximum of either 30V DC at 40 degrees Celsius or of 25 Volts DC at 60 degrees Celsius. Its off-state voltage is a maximum of 5 Volts DC and its current is a minimum of 2 milliamps at 10 Volts DC and it is a maximum of 11 milliamps at 30 Volts DC. The 1791P-16B0 module also comes with status indicators and it can be mounted horizontally or vertically with a panel mount or DIN rail mount. This block I/O provides a grounded connection to the load. The number of inputs per block of this module is varied. Due to this, this module produces 2 bytes and consume 0 bytes.
