The Allen-Bradley 5069-OX4I is a relay output module with Four (4) individually isolated Form C or Single Pole, Double Throw (SPDT) output channels. Both Normally Open (N.O.) and Normally Closed (N.C.) output contacts may be actively used externally to energize or actuate different loads. Each output channel of the 5069-OX4I has an output rating of 2 A per channel and 8 A per module. The output delay time of this module is typical for both signal transitions, exhibiting maximum delay time of 15 ms per channel. Additionally, contact outputs are expected to operate up to 300K cycles when connected to a resistive load and 100K cycles when wired to an inductive load.

The switching frequency of each channel is Once every Three (3) seconds or .3 Hz at rated load. Maximum initial contact resistance is 30 m? with bounce time of 500 µs.

The module has programmable output states in the event when the system enters fault state, fault and program mode. Available programmable states are Hold current state, Turn ON output and Turn OFF output with the latter being the default setting.

This module has MOD power rating of 75 mA @ 18…32V DC; maximum MOD Power Passthrough of 9.55 A @ 18…32V DC and maximum SA Power Passthrough of 9.95 A @ 0…32V DC. This module has maximum power dissipation 2.6 W and Thermal dissipation of 8.88 BTU/hr. Install this module to a DIN that is made with highly conductive, non-corrosive and oxidation resistant material. The DIN rail used with this devices connects the device to the grounding system.

The Allen-Bradley 5069-OX4I is supplied as open-type equipment. The 5069-OX4I is intended for industrial environments. This module can operate in an environment with a pollution degree no higher than Pollution 2 (as defined in EN / IEC0664-1) when the environment is a Zone 2 environment.
