5069-RTB6-SCREW

The 5069-RTB6-SCREW unit is a screw for the 5069 compact I/O series of Ethernet/IP adapters, which is manufactured by Allen Bradley. The 5069-RTB6-SCREW is the spare screw for the 5069 removable terminal block; its kit contains both a 5069-RTB-SCREW and a 5069-RTB4-SCREW RTBs. To connect the wire to the block, insert the wire into the terminal and turn the screwdriver to close the terminal; apply a torque of 0.4 N-m to the screwdriver. The size of the wire to be used along with the 5069-RTB6-SCREW is a 0.5 to 1.5 millimeter square or a 22 to 16 AWG solid or stranded copper wire. This wire should be rated for operation at temperatures as high as 105 degrees Celsius and should have a maximum diameter of  3.5 millimeters, including insulation; finally, the insulation should be stripped to a length of 12 millimeters or 0.47 inches. While replacing or connecting the terminal block, be aware of the risk of static electrical discharge and take appropriate precautions. Additionally, the equipment is intended for use in a pollution degree 2 industrial environment, in Category II overvoltage applications, and at altitudes of up to 2000 meters at maximum.

The installation instructions for this module are recommended by the manufacturer, Allen Bradley, and should be followed for the protection of the equipment and to prevent damage to it. The 5069-RTB6-SCREW device is certified for use in an ambient temperature of range 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and should not be used at all at temperatures outside of the recommended range. To clean the surface of the board, use a soft and dry anti-static cloth without any cleaning agents.
