The Allen-Bradley 5069-RTB64-SPRING Compact I/O Terminal Block Kit with 6-pin and 4-pin spring set types, is a 6-pin and 4-pin spring type removable terminal block kit used with the Allen-Bradley CompactLogix 5380 controllers and the 5069-AEN2TR EtherNet/IP adapter module. This terminal block is ordered separately and it contains the 5069-RTB6-SPRING (6-pin spring type terminal block) and the 5069-RTB4-SPRING (4-pin spring type terminal block) terminal blocks, and it is designed to support up to 31 “5069” I/O modules. The 5069-RTB64-SPRING is both a MOD power and an SA Removable Terminal Block which is used for providing power to the 5069 Compact I/O system from the 5069-AEN2TR EtherNet/IP adapter module, and it is installed on the 5069-AEN2TR EtherNet/IP adapter module.

To install the 5069-RTB64-SPRING on the adapter module, the RTB is first hooked to the adapter module and it is pushed into the adapter module until both the 1st and 2nd click sounds are heard. This terminal block kit has 0.5 to 1.5 millimeters square (22 to 16 AWG) solid or stranded copper wire sizes, with a 10 millimeters (0.39 inches) strip of insulation, and it provides a means of connection (power supply terminals) from the power module to the adapter module via its spring clip terminals. The 5069-RTB64-SPRING has a T4 designated North American, ATEX, and IECEx temperature code, and it has an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) without hindering the conduction capability and it also has a storage temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius (-40 to +185 degrees Fahrenheit).
