The Allen-Bradley 1756-PH75 ControlLogix Standard DC Power Supply Module is a 125V DC power source module for the 1756 ControlLogix device which is installed in any slot of the compatible 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A4, 1756-A13, and 1756-A17 Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Chassis. It has an input rating of 90-143V DC input voltage and 95W input power rating. The 1756-PH75 has an output power rating of 75W and a current surge of 30A across its circuit. The electrical signal in the circuit is delayed at a maximum of 50ms at 90-143V DC and it has a load-dependent current capacity which varies at different voltages. The maximum current capacity at 1.2V is 1.5A, at 3.3V, it is 4A, at 5.1V, it is 13A and at 24V DC, it is 2.8A. The 1756-PH75 circuit has an isolation voltage of 250V between power input-to-backplane fitted with a reinforced insulation type tested at 3500V DC for 60s. It uses 2.5mm2 stranded or solid copper wire with 1.2mm (3/64in) thick insulation rated at 90 °C (194 °F) and with a conductor torque of 0.8 N•m (7 lb•in). It is stored at a non-operational temperature range of -40-85 °C and when operational, it ranges between 0 °C and 60 °C at an IEC 60068-2-30 tested 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity. The 1756-PH75 is designed to withstand and sustain an operational shock of 30G and a vibration of 2G, and in non-operating mode, it can stand a shock of 50G. The 1756-PH75 weighs 2.10 pounds and has a total volume of 5.51in x 4.41in x 5.71in.
