The HM-1756-WM module is a high resolution type of strain gage input module. It has been manufactured by Allen-Bradley and Helm as a ControlLogix device. The HM-1756-WM strain gage input module is a solid-state module that can be installed in just 1 slot in a compatible chassis. It is also a Class 1 type of input module that uses 8 input words as well as 8 output words. The HM-1756-WM strain gage input module accepts up to 2 channels of strain gage input, or 2 gages that are each rated at 700 Ohms can be connected to 1 channel in parallel.
