The 5094-AENSFPRXT adapter module is an Allen-Bradley Ethernet adapter module from the FLEX 5000 series. It is designed to provide Ethernet support to Allen-Bradley FLEX 5000 series input and output modules. The 5094-AENSFPRXT Ethernet adapter module can work with as many as 8 input and output modules at a time. It can be used in a linear, star, or DLR type of Ethernet network. The 5094-AENSFPRXT Ethernet adapter module supports Ethernet communication speeds of 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, or 1 Gbps.

The 5094-AENSFPRXT adapter is a Flex 5000 Ethernet/IP adapter designed by Allen-Bradley. The adapter is equipped with an RJ 45 port. An Ethernet/IP adapter is a communication module. It is used in almost all of the Allen Bradley PowerFlex 40 drives. It can also be used with other Allen-Bradley products which supports an internal DSI adapter. It is equipped with 4 LED status indicators which indicate the status of the Ethernet connection and the network activity. A switch is present in the module that lets the users switch between the single drive and multi-drive mode of operation. It comes with a current rating of 1250 milliamps. The backplane current rating of the Ethernet adapter is 1060 milliamps. The in-rush current rating of the adapter is 3200 milliamps for a time period of up to 100 milliseconds.

The 5094-AENSFPRXT adapter comes with power ports and Ethernet ports. The wire used in the adapter is made up of copper. The wire size ranges from 22 to 14 AWG manufactured for a temperature of 105 degrees Celsius or greater. The adapter uses an insulating strip that is 8 millimeters long. It is equipped with SFP slots of 3.3 Volts with a 1 Watt power rating. The adapter is compact in size and it is 3.65 inches high, 3.70 inches wide, and 3.80 inches deep.
