The 5094-RTB32CS Removable Terminal Block is a FLEX 5000 series 32-output, spring-type terminal block that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It comes with key switches, I/O edge connectors, a shield bar, RTB captive mounting screws, I/O terminal strips, and an I/O module guide rail so that it can be assembled properly. The key switches are used to set the correct position that is required for the module and the I/O terminal strips are used to connect the I/O wiring, power connections, commons, and the external power supplies. A shield bar which has screw terminals is also recommended for this analog module. The 5094-RTB32CS Removable Terminal Block accepts solid or stranded insulated copper wires rated at 105 degrees Celsius with 14 to 22 AWG of rated gauge.

The 5094-RTB32CS Removable Terminal Blocks connect the plant wiring and I/O module while also providing greater flexibility and better interconnections to the system. It comes with a high-density design to withstand extreme conditions. It helps to reduce the wiring time and minimize troubleshooting with its secure, durable contacts. This open-style block is designed for DIN rail mounting. It is shipped with all the parts that are essential for assembling the module and the mounting base such as mounting hooks and captive mounting screws. The bottom of the mounting base has holes for the hooks of the RTB. A 0.55 N-m to 0.8 N-m tightening torque can be applied to turn the RTB captive mounting screws clockwise during installation. The 5094-RTB32CS Removable Terminal Blocks has I/O module-specific keying which must be considered when selecting the matching I/O modules. Make sure to switch off the field wiring power before installing the RTB on the mounting base.
