The 5094-RTB32CXT Removable Terminal Block belongs to the FLEX 5000 series of products made by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It has a compact, high-density design that means that it can be used safely in a harsh industrial environment. Insulated copper wires can be used with the 5094-RTB32CXT Removable Terminal Block. The copper wires must be rated at 105 degrees Celsius and within the gauge range of 14 to 22 AWG. The terminal block, terminal base, RTB captive mounting screws, I/O terminal strips, and guide rail are all needed to create the complete terminal block assembly. The I/O terminal strips of the terminal block provide efficient power connections, I/O wiring facilities, and connections to the external power supply.

The 5094-RTB32CXT Removable Terminal Block offers flexible interconnection between the filed wiring and I/O devices. It comes with an open-style enclosure and DIN rail mounting facilities. It is advised to match the I/O modules and terminal block’s I/O module-specific keying before selecting the terminal block that is required for the intended application. The RTB captive mounting screws and mounting hooks are needed to assemble the module on the mounting base. All the required parts are for assembly are shipped with the module. It is required to apply 0.55 N-m to 0.8 N-m of tightening torque on the RTB captive mounting screws which is to be inserted into the holes on the bottom of the terminal base. This terminal block can be easily inserted and removed from the mounting base. During installation, make sure to switch off the power to the field wiring.
