The 5094-RTB32V Removable Terminal Block or RTB is a FLEX 5000 terminal block module made by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This module has a compact and flexible design which is suitable for use in non-extreme industrial environments.  It comes with the c-UL-us and CE certifications to indicate that it meets all the relevant industrial safety requirements. The North American temperature code rating of the module is T4. The compatible terminal base assembly of this module is the 5094-TB32V Terminal Base. The Allen-Bradley 5094-RTB32V Removable Terminal Block has a maximum of 2 Amps of I/O current at 32 Volts DC, a maximum of 10 Amps of sensor-actuator current at 18 to 32 Volts DC, and a maximum of 10 Amps of MOD current that the module is capable of withstanding.

The 5094-RTB32V Removable Terminal Block does not ship with the I/O module. It must be ordered separately. It is used with input modules that have 32 sinking type input channels in a single group. The voltage category of the compatible input modules is 12/24 Volts DC sinking like in the 5094-IB32 and 5094-IB32XT input modules. The FLEX 5000 I/O system receives power from the Ethernet/IP adapters through the power RTB. Note that not all power supplies are certified for use with all I/O system.s  The 5094-RTB32V Removable Terminal Block can be selected based on the users' application needs. Before the installation of the module, make sure to install a FLEX 5000 I/O system that is compatible with this removable terminal block and it complete terminal base assembly. The assembling procedure of the RTB involves inserting the mounting brackets into the holes on the mounting base, pivoting the RTB toward the mounting base, and applying 0.55 to 0.8 N-m of tightening torque to the captive mounting screws.
