The 5094-RTB3ACXT Removable Terminal Block is an AC screw-type terminal block made by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This module is designed for use in an extreme industrial environment. The environmental specifications of the module are 70 degrees Celsius of maximum surrounding air temperature for safe device storage, 30 g of IEC rated non-operating shock, and an ISA S71.04 G3 corrosion resistance classification. It is compatible for use with the Allen-Bradley 5094-MBXT Mounting Base Module.  The 5094-MBXT Mounting Base Module is available separately to connect with the removable terminal block. The 5094-RTB3ACXT Removable Terminal Block comes with 2 Amps of input/output current at 240 Volts AC voltage and 50/60 Hertz frequency. It has an open-style enclosure.

The 5094-RTB3ACXT Removable Terminal Block is designed for use with 16-channel sourcing type output modules which have 120/240 Volts AC voltage ratings, an 85 to 264 Volts AC operating voltage range, and DIN rail mounting facilities. The system side power which is known as the MOD power is provided by the removable terminal block through the module power connector to the system. It is recommended to verify that the power is not applied to the adapter before touching the RTB. The essential physical components needed for field wiring through a terminal base assembly include DIN rails, the RTB, the mounting base, and the shield bar. It is recommended to use a screwdriver to provide 0.4 N-m of torque when using a screw-type removal terminal block.  The terminals can be opened by rotating the screwdriver counterclockwise. The 5094-RTB3ACXT Removable Terminal Block provides the best solution for expanding an I/O system.
