The Allen-Bradley 5094-RTB3ISXT terminal block is a Flex 5000 series removable terminal block. It can be connected to an Allen-Bradley 5094-MBXT mounting base to create a complete terminal base or TB assembly. The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block and the mounting base it connects to make it easy to mount and to wire Flex 5000 series input and output modules. This removable terminal block is an isolated terminal block. The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block does not ship with the input and output modules that it hosts and it must be ordered separately.

The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block is an individual removable terminal block for the Allen-Bradley Flex 5000 I/O control system. The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block and a separately sold mounting base make up a complete terminal base assembly, which is then mounted on a zinc-plated chromate-passivated steel-type DIN rail. Each Flex 5000 I/O module requires an I/O terminal base for field-side wiring. The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block comes with a spring-type terminal that allows for simplified field-side wiring. It also has a wear-resistant design that makes it suitable for use even in tough and extreme industrial applications. The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block has an acceptable input voltage range of 18.0 Volts DC to 32.0 Volts DC and a nominal voltage rating of 32 Volts DC. It has a maximum current rating of 2.0 Amps at 32 Volts DC (per channel) and a maximum sensor pass-through current draw of 10 Amps per module.

The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block has built-in isolation between the I/O channel common and the chassis. Each 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block spring-type terminal has 0.3 to 1.5 millimeters square (22 to 16 AWG) wire gauge, and it has a factory rated 250 Volts AC isolation voltage rating between the I/O channels and chassis and between the sensor actuator and I/O chassis. The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block has an I/O edge connector that ensures that each I/O module is installed properly, and the I/O installation position is configured by using key switches. The 5094-RTB3ISXT removable terminal block comes with an open design, and it has a T4 ATEX and ECEx rated temperature code.
