The 1794-ACNR is a communication adapter that support redundant ControlNet connection. It has Two (2) ControlNet ports, allowing each port to tap to redundant ControlNet Trunk for establishing high-availability network. On each of the ControlNet port, up to 5Mbps transmission speed is supported via Belden RG-6/U ControlNet cable.

Up to Eight (8) Flex I/O modules may be installed along this communication adapter. This Flex I/O module may come in specific combinations of Discrete Input and Output modules, Analog input and output modules as well as specialty modules.
