The 1794-ASBLT Flex I/O adapter is a modular system created for distributed applications that are built to complete entire rack-based I/O functions. The system is small and has key components including an adapter or power supply to power the internal logic for up to eight (8) I/O modules, a terminal base containing a terminal strip to conclude wiring for wire devices, an I/O module that contains a bus interface and circuitry required to perform precise roles as per your application.
The actual data transfer to and from the isolated I/O adapter and the discrete module is carried out with every flexbus scan. The entire process is focused on providing the control system with the most recently updated information.
The adaptor module is made up of certain key components, namely analytical indicators, a push button for reset functionality, secluded I/O wire connections, a 24 Volt DC power wire connection, and group control assemblies.
The 1794 module Flex Series comes with a number of significant benefits to offer a smart and handy solution for your all of your automation needs. The respective products have a good electrical range and come with a number of different channels. Some of the main analog models include thermocouple, RTD, and HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transmitter) while some specialty models have high-speed counters, pulse counters, and frequency modules. These series are adept at decreasing and cleaning long wire assemblies, reducing cessation ends and significantly lessens installation and downtime. This series works well with other Allen Bradley PLCs, and the control assemblies can operate and communicate via EtherNet, ControlNet and many other open and remote networks. Additionally, it can be mounted and installed on a DIN Rail.
