The Allen-Bradley 1794-FLA is a 1794 FlexLogix Extended Local I/O Adapter module. It is used for interlacing FLEX I/O modules and I/O scanner ports through a communication network. It has a dimension of 3.4 x 3.7 x 3.6 in. and 0.6 lbs. The 1794-FLA adapter module has a 24V DC nominal input voltage with a 19.2 – 31.2V DC input voltage range. It has a capacity of up to 8 I/O modules. It has an input current of 0.39A at 19.2V DC and of 0.25A at 24V DC. It has a power consumption of 6.5W at 24V DC and maximum power dissipation of 7.5W at 19.2V DC and 6W at 24V DC. It has a maximum backplane current of 653mA at 5.1V DC.
