About 1794-IA8

The Allen-Bradley 1794-IA8 is a FLEX 120 Volts AC Digital I/O module. It features 8 non-isolated inputs and it converts AC signals to the appropriate logic level for use within the processor. It comes with 8 yellow status indicators and can be mounted on a DIN rail or a panel mount. The 1794-IA8 also has various communication interfaces available like DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profibus DP, and EtherNet/IP. This module has a total measurement of 3.7 x 2.7 x 3.7 inches and an open-type enclosure and it is compatible with 22 to 12 AWG stranded copper wire. It can be attached to the following terminal base units: the 1794-TB3K, 1794-TBN, 1794-TB3SK, 1794-TB2, 1794-TBNK, 1794-TB3, 1794-TBKD, and the 1794-TB3S. It has 8 key switch positions.
