The Allen-Bradley 1794-L33 is a 1794 FlexLogix Processor. It is a complete package with state-of-the-art control, I/O modules, and communications. It is a small, powerful and cost-effective system that supports the Logix instructions and provides a multi-purpose programmable controller. For distributed processing, multiple FlexLogic controllers should be connected through the networks. It can broadcast and receive system-shared tags across EtherNet/IP or ControlNet networks.
The 1794-L33 Series A controller system has 64 KB user memory. It requires 24V DC input voltage and has a 16-bit input resolution. For programming, it supports RSLogix 5000 programming software. It is installed using a DIN rail by simply snapping it onto the DIN rail. It has various communication options such as ControlNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, DH+, Universal Remote I/O, and many third-party application networks.
The 1794-L33 controllers use lithium batteries which need to be properly maintained for a long life. For control and diagnostics, it has LEDs that indicate various states of the FlexLogix controllers such as Run, Force, Bat, I/O, and OK. It is intended for use in industrial environments with a 0 - 55 °C (32 - 131 °F) operating temperature and 5 - 95% noncondensing relative humidity.
