The Allen Bradley 440R-DG2R2T represents an advanced multifunction dual GuardLink safety relay option. With a designated power supply voltage of 24.0V DC, it operates on a low-consumption design, drawing 3.5 W. This device effectively meets the PLe SIL 3 safety integrity level, ensuring maximum safety across various applications. The relay accommodates two safety inputs, designed explicitly for GuardLink configurations, alongside additional OSSD and normally closed inputs.

Regarding output capabilities, the 440R-DG2R2T offers two normally open outputs for actuating safety functions. This relay is flexible to different cable specifications, supporting wire sizes ranging from 0.2 to 2.5 mm² (24 to 14 AWG). Moreover, a power-on delay of 5.5 seconds is incorporated upon activation, allowing the system to stabilize before full operation.

The module is constructed with polyamide PA 6.6 for durability, contributing to its robust nature. The terminal portion is IP20 rated, while the entire enclosure holds an IP40 rating, compliant with NEMA 1 standards, which protects it from dust and moisture.
