The 100-D110H11 contactor is an Allen-Bradley MCS IEC 100 contactor with a conventional coil. It is a 3-pole device with a 110-Amp current rating. The coil is rated for 208 Volts AC at 60 Hertz. The auxiliary contact configuration of the 100-D110H11 contactor includes 1 NC contact and 1 NO contact. The contactor must only be commissioned and maintained by qualified personnel. The operating instructions must be read and understood before any work related to contactor installation is initiated. The power should also be disconnected before any work is initiated. The main contacts and arc-chute must be examined after a short-circuit when a short-circuit occurs. The arc-chute on the 100-D110H11 contactor is mechanically locked when either the contactor is mechanically locked or when the coil is energized. The contactor should be switched off before the arc-chute is removed.
The arc-chute on the Allen-Bradley 100-D110H11 IEC 100 series contactor can be removed by exerting more force if the contacts are welded. Slight contact welds can be repaired with a screwdriver. The main contactors, magnet coil, and arc-chute on the 100-D110H11 contactor can be replaced. Allen-Bradley recommends use of only original spare parts to assure the reliability of the contactor. The width of the contactor is 120 millimeters, the height is 252 millimeters, and the depth is 156 millimeters. The 100-D series contactors like this one can only be panel mounted. They are designed for indoor use and come with an IP 00 protection rating. The maximum altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000 meters. The operation of the 100-D110H11 contactor at the full rated voltage requires a -25 to 60 degrees Celsius ambient temperature. The rated impulse withstand voltage is 12 kilovolts. The rated isolation voltage is 1000 Volts per IEC standards.
