The Allen-Bradley 100-D115Y00 AC-operated 3-phase contactor is designed for high-current applications such as switching AC motors and lighting applications. The 100-D115Y00 contactor has an eco-friendly design with an RoHS compliance rating, and it is built to meet the IEC, CSA, and UL standards. The 100-D115D11 contactor has an operating current rating of 115 Amps at 400 Volts AC (AC-3 duty) and 250 Amps at 690 Volts AC (AC-1 duty). The 100-D115D11 contactor is IEC rated for a high operating voltage rating up to 1000 Volts AC. It has a rated output power of 66 kilowatts at 415 Volts AC. Like all Allen-Bradley IEC contactors, the 100-D115D11 contactor supports cabinet installation and it can be mounted on a panel.

The 100-D115D11 contactor comes with a flat-type bolt-in terminal that allows for speed and convenient line-side wiring. Installation screws and washers are also supplied with this contactor. The users can order optional ring lugs and terminal lugs for quick wiring for the conductor end. The 100-D115D11 contactor is a complete factory-assembled contactor with a built-in surge suppression circuit on its control coil. It comes with a conventional electro-magnetic type of coil that supports AC voltage actuation. The coil has a rated coil voltage of 110 to 120 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz coil frequency. It also comes with Class B insulation per the IEC standard. Although the contactor comes with built-in surge suppression, optional RC snubbers and MOVs can be ordered to provide additional protection. The 100-D115Y00 contactor has an IP 20 ingress protection rating and an operating temperature range of -25 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius.
