The Allen-Bradley 100-D140B11 Bulletin 100-D AC-Operated IEC Contactor is designed for most high-powered current load applications. It features an RoHS-compliant design and it meets several worldwide industrial standards and certifications like the UL, c-UL-us, CE, CSA, and IEC standards. The 100-D140B11 Contactor supports 140 Amps of maximum carrying current at 400 Volts AC (AC-3) or 250 Amps at 690 Volts AC (AC-1). It also has a power output rating of 100 Horsepower at 460 Volts AC and 125 Horsepower at 575 Volts AC (at 60 Hertz). The 100-D140B11 Contactor accepts 3-phase AC power from a direct 3-phase power source. It accepts input voltage ratings from 115 Volts AC to 575 Volts AC (3-phase) at 50/60 Hertz frequency. Per the IEC standards, the 100-D140B11 Contactor is designed to operate at high electric and thermal ratings. The 100-D140B11 Contactor can operate at a voltage rating of up to 1000 Volts AC.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D140B11 Bulletin 100-D AC-Operated IEC Contactor does not support inverted mounting, but in tight-space applications like applications in a control cabinet, it can be mounted on its back side. It does not support DIN Rail mounting, but can be mounted on a panel for maximum stability. The 100-D140B11 Contactor supports a fast and simplified field wiring process. It has flat-type bolt-in line-side terminals for wiring to the power supply. To further simplify the field-side wiring, optional terminal lugs and auxiliary contacts can be ordered from the Bulletin 100-D accessory catalog. The 100-D140B11 Contactor is shipped as a complete factory-assembled unit with a built-in surge suppression capability and Class B coil insulation. The 100-D140B11 Contactor is supplied with an AC-actuated conventional coil with a 415 Volts AC (50 Hertz) to 480 Volts AC (60 Hertz) operating voltage range.
