The Allen-Bradley 100-D140C00 Bulletin 100-D IEC contactor is designed for a wide range of applications. The 100-D140C00 contactor has high thermal and electrical switching ratings that makes it suitable for tough and demanding industrial applications. It is designed to meet IEC standards and it can be operated at a voltage rating of up to 1000 Volts AC. The 100-D140C00 contactor can be wired directly to a 3-phase power supply without needing additional relay circuits. Combined with the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 193 electronic overload relays, the 100-D140C00 contactor provides a compact and flexible starter system to meet the demands of modern industrial applications. The 100-D140C00 contactor has bolt-in type terminals that allow for wiring to the 3-phase operating power source. It accepts AC voltage inputs with an acceptable voltage range from 115 to 600 Volts AC at 50/60 Hertz line frequency.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D140C00 Bulletin 100-D IEC contactor has an AC-3 duty switching rating of 82 kilowatts at 415 Volts AC and a nominal current rating of 140 Amps at 400 Volts AC and 250 Amps at 690 Volts AC. The 100-D140C00 contactor is supplied with bolt-type terminals for quick and simplified wiring, installation screws, and screw washers as standard features. Optional terminal lugs and auxiliary contacts (N.O. and N.C.) can be ordered separately to further enhance the contactor’s functionality. The 100-D140C00 contactor supports cabinet mounting and panel mounting. The 100-D140C00 contactor is a complete factory-assembled contactor with an AC-actuated coil for driving the contacts. This conventional coil offers a relatively wide operating voltage range of 550 to 600 Volts AC to accommodate a broad range of applications. This coil also comes with a Class B thermal and electrical insulation (per the IEC standard), and it is fitted with a surge suppression circuit for protection against large voltage spikes.
