The 100-D180D11B contactor is a Bulletin 100-D contactor from the IEC 100 series of contactors made by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This contactor has different notable features such as low power pick-up and hold-in ratings and a voltage range that makes the contactor easy to pair with any motor that has a compatible voltage rating. This contactor operates only in a non-reversing manner and thus, it can only be used with non-reversing equipment. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-D180D11B contactor has a compact design that can be installed easily on a panel without requiring special tools or a large amount of space. It cannot be installed on a DIN Rail. This contactor fits in almost any available installation space due to its compact design, but the wiring must always be correct so that there are no errors in the functioning of the contactor or the motor.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-D180D11B Bulletin 100-D contactor has thru-hole screw terminals that are also threaded. It also has gold-plated conventional coils that work with its 3 main contacts or power poles. These 3 main contact poles are accompanied by one external normally open contact and one external normally closed auxiliary contact. These contacts can perform a mirror contact function, which provides a significant level of isolation to the normally closed auxiliary contact so that if the status of the power poles changes, the normally closed auxiliary contact will not change its status. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-D180D11B contactor operates with a current rating of 180 Amps at 60 degrees Celsius. If the ambient air temperature is between 60 and 70 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to derate the contactor by at least 15% so that it can maintain safe operations and reliable performance.
