The 100-D180EN11-X10 contactor is a 3-phase AC contactor from the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-D compact contactor series. The 100-D180EN11-X10 contactor is supplied with side-mounted auxiliary contacts (1 normally open, 1 normally closed) for feedback wiring. An optional normally open auxiliary contact block (X10) is also supplied with this contactor unit. Each contact block has a snap-in design that allows for easy mounting, and they also have flat-type terminals for easy wiring. Wiring to the main power circuit is achieved via 3-pole contacts (normally open contacts) that support bolt-in type terminal connections. Users can order optional load-side terminals and lugs for fast and simplified wiring processes. The 100-D180EN11-X10 contactor has an IP 20 rated contactor enclosure and Class B insulation for its electronic coil.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D180EN11-X10 Bulletin 100-D contactor has an AC-controlled electronic coil with an electronic PLC interface. Unlike conventional coils, this electronic coil features an S1 PLC switch in addition to its standard power terminals (A1 and A2). The integration of the 100-D180EN11-X10 contactor’s coil to a PLC system allows for remote energizing or de-energizing of the contactor’s contacts. The coil voltage can be programmed from the PLC and the coil voltage range is 380 to 500 Volts AC range. The 100-D180EN11-X10 contactor has a maximum braking current rating of 180 Amps at 400 Volts AC and 250 Amps at 690 Volts AC (AC-1). The 100-D180EN11-X10 contactor has a power rating of 90 kilowatts for switching AC motors (AC-2/AC-3). It has a rated operating temperature range of -25 to 60 degrees Celsius, and a rated maximum installation altitude of 3000 meters above sea level without derating.
