The 100-D180EZD11 contactor is an Allen-Bradley non-reversing contactor from the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-D product line. It is an environmentally friendly and compact device that is primarily used in industrial electrical applications. Its applications include HVACs, motor control, elevators, power transformers, and capacitor applications.  It has a rated operational current of 180 Amps when operating at 60 degrees Celsius. The isolation voltage rating of the 100-D180EZD11 contactor is 1000 Volts with an operating current rating of 55 Amps. This Allen-Bradley contactor comes with the IEC certification which means that it is a very compact, space-saving, and cost-saving device. This non-reversing IEC-certified contactor is equipped with an electronic coil with an integrated electronic interface or EI. The electronic coil on this contactor has a minimum control voltage rating of 110 Volts DC and a maximum control voltage rating of 130 Volts DC.

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-D series 100-D180EZD11 non-reversing IEC contactor supports 3-phase electrical systems and loads and comes with 3 main contacts (power poles) and 2 auxiliary contacts that include one N.O. (normally open) contact and one N.C. (normally closed) contact. If more contacts are required, external auxiliary contact blocks are available separately for this contactor module. This Bulletin 100-D contactor, like the other models in the series, has a small size and reduced weight for easy installation. The 100-D180EZD11 contactor has dimensions of 170 millimeters in height, 120 millimeters in width, and 156 millimeters in depth. Note that additional auxiliary contact blocks will add to the width of the contactor. This contactor supports switching applications for AC motors with a 3-phase power rating of 101 kilowatts at an AC voltage rating of 400 Volts and a 3-phase power rating of 176 kilowatts at 690 Volts with 50 Hertz of coil frequency. The unit has an estimated operating lifespan of 10 million operations.
