The Allen-Bradley 100-D180W11 contactor is a non-reversing contactor module developed for industrial applications. It is an IEC-certified contactor from the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-D product line. Like the other IEC contactors in the Bulletin 100-D series, the 100-D180W11 contactor is an environmentally friendly, flexible, space-saving, and cost-saving contactor that comes with a compact size and reduced weight. The 100-D180W11 contactor is equipped with an AC coil that is a conventional type of coil. The voltage code of the coil is “W”. The AC voltage ratings of the coil included in this contactor are 36 Volts AC when it is operating at a coil frequency of 50 Hertz, and 42 Volts AC at 60 Hertz of coil frequency. Because of its conventional design, the “W” coil does not come with a PLC interface. This non-reversing contactor supports 3-phase power and it provides 3 power poles that are its main contacts along with 2 external side-mounted auxiliary contacts. The auxiliary contacts are configured as one N.O. (Normally Open) contact and one N.C. (Normally Closed) contact.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D180W11 Bulletin 100-D non-reversing IEC contactor comes with a 1-phase output power rating of 40 Horsepower at a rated voltage of 230 Volts AC. Similarly, the unit’s 3-phase output power rating in accordance with the UL/CSA specifications is a minimum of 50 Horsepower at 200 Volts and a maximum of 150 Horsepower at 575 Volts. The conventional coil on the 100-D180W11 contactor has 310 Watts of rated pick-up power consumption and 10 Watts of rated hold-in power consumption. The isolation voltage rating of the contactor is 1000 Volts per the IEC standards and 600 Volts per the UL/CSA standards.
