The 100-D250EJ11 contactor is a non-reversing AC contactor that comes in the Bulletin 100-D series of IEC contactors that are manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This contactor operates with standard AC voltage and it can be used with non-reversing equipment only because it is a non-reversing contactor. The compatibility must be checked between the contactor and the equipment that is attached to it to guarantee safe operations for all of the equipment in the system. This contactor can also be used in a series or sequence with similar contactors to provide higher switching capabilities or to cover a higher amount of devices than average in a system. The Allen-Bradley 100-D250EJ11 non-reversing AC contactor uses a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hertz and it has a coil voltage rating of 24 Volts AC for its electronic coils. The contactor also uses a rated operational current of 250 Amps at 60 degrees Celsius and 350 Amps at 40 degrees Celsius.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D250EJ11 Bulletin 100-D non-reversing AC contactor comes with 3 electronic coils that operate with each of the 3 main contact power poles to ensure proper switching action. The contactor has 3 main poles and 2 auxiliary contacts. One of the 2 auxiliary contacts is normally open and one is normally closed. The installation process of the Allen-Bradley 100-D250EJ11 non-reversing AC contactor is simple and it does not require the use of special tools. This contactor can be mounted on a panel only, and it has been manufactured with a compact design that makes it as easy as possible to install in as many systems as possible. It can operate safely in environments that do not contain corrosive materials and that do not exceed 60 degrees Celsius in temperature and 1000 meters above sea level in altitude. If these conditions are exceeded, the contactor may still be able to operate as long as it is derated to match the environmental conditions.
