The Allen-Bradley 100-D300EN00 Bulletin 100-D IEC contactor supports direct wiring to a 3-phase power source. It accepts inputs with a nominal operating voltage range from 115 to 600 Volts AC. The 100-D300EN00 contactor has a normal rated operating current of 300 Amps (and a current rating 450 Amps for AC-1 motors at 690 Volts AC) and a maximum switching rating of 170 kilowatts. The 100-D300EN00 contactor is a factory-assembled contactor unit with an electronic AC-actuated coil. It has a coil voltage range of 380 to 500 Volts AC and coil signal voltage rating of 24 Volts DC at 10 milliamps. The 100-D300EN00 contactor comes with an integrated PLC interface. Unlike the non-PLC contactor models, it has 2 main contactor contacts (A1 and A2) and an additional S1 switch for direct connection to a PLC for advanced control.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D300EN00 Bulletin 100-D contactor is supplied without auxiliary contacts. Up to 4 user-supplied auxiliary contacts can be mounted on the 100-D300EN00 contactor to enhance feedback wiring if necessary. Optional auxiliary contacts are side-mounted with snap-in mechanisms and they can be either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). The 100-D300EN00 contactor has 3 normally open main contacts that can be wired to 3-phase power sources. Optional terminals and lugs can be ordered and installed if required. The 100-D300EN00 contactor supports bolt-in types of connection, and it comes with flat-end screw terminals that allow for fast and easy field-side wiring. Around the contactors terminals and coil, there is an IP 20 dust-resistant enclosure that prevents the users from touching the contacts. The 100-D300EN00 contactor has rated operating temperature limits of -25 degrees Celsius minimum and 60 degrees Celsius maximum. It meets the IEC, UL, and CSA standards, and it is CE, CCC, and c-UL-us certified.
