The Allen-Bradley 100-D300EZY00 contactor is a Bulletin 100-D series large-frame contactor. It is rated for 300 Amps of operating current when it is used between -25 and 60 degrees Celsius, and at altitudes of up to 2000 meters. The current derates by 15% or more if the ambient temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius.  The 100-D300EZY00 contactor is controlled by an electronic coil rated for 48 to 72 Volts DC voltage. An electronic interface is available as a standard feature on the electronic coil. The 100-D300EZY00 contactor does not support auxiliary contacts. The rated mechanical lifespan of the contactor is approximately 10 million operations. The rated electrical lifespan of the contactor is approximately 1 million operations. The contactor has an approximate weight of 7.5 kilograms. The contactor dimensions are 205 x 155 x 180 millimeters.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D300EZY00 Bulletin 100-D contactor is designed for vertical mounting. If required, it can be mounted at tilt angles of up to +/-25 degrees relative to the vertical position. If required, the 100-D300EZY00 contactor can also be mounted at clockwise or counterclockwise angles of up to +/-90 degrees relative to the vertical position. The IP 00 protection rating of the contactor necessitates its installation inside an industrial cabinet where the contacts will have the required level of protection from dust, moisture, and other corrosive elements. The 100-D300EZY00 contactor must be switched off before any maintenance activity is performed. The operation and maintenance of the contactor must be carried out by qualified technicians only. Failure to follow safety instructions can lead to equipment damage, injury, or even death. After a short circuit, the contactor must not be used unless it has been inspected and found to be still in perfect working condition.
