100-D420-VT

The 100-D420-VT kit is a contactor accessory kit for the MCS contactors manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It contains some of the connecting components developed for the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-D series contactors. This Allen-Bradley connection kit can be ordered as an accessory for the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-D contactors and 100S-D safety contactors. It is designed especially to be used with the Bulletin 100-D non-reversing contactors with catalog numbers from 100-D210 to 100-D420. It is important to note that when using the 100-D420-VT kit with these Allen-Bradley 100-D contactor variants, it has to be used with copper frame terminal lugs with “100-DL” in the part number as specified by the UL/CSA standards. These terminal lugs are available as a part of the wide range of connecting components and accessories that are available for the Bulletin 100-D contactors.

This Allen-Bradley 100-D420-VT kit is primarily used for reversing output connections and for Wye-Delta connections. The Wye-Delta connections or Wye-Delta starters are used for starting 3-phase AC motors that use the Bulletin 100-D contactors. With a complete range of accessories and replacement parts available with the Bulletin 100-D series, such as the 100-D420-VT connector kit, the users can customize the contactor's configuration to meet their specific application requirements. The Allen-Bradley 100-D420-VT connector kit can accommodate conductors with a maximum cross-section area of 120 square millimeters. Other connecting components such as a terminal shield, terminal covers, and mounting plates for contactors can be used with this Allen-Bradley kit too. It supports an output power rating of 250 Horsepower at 200 Volts, 600 Horsepower at 460 Volts, and a maximum of 650 Horsepower at 575 Volts at 60 Hertz when using the Wye-Delta contactor assembly.
