The 100-D95EA00 contactor is a 3-pole non-reversing contactor from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It is an IEC contactor from the Bulletin 100-D family of contactors. It comes with an electronic coil with electronic interface or PLC interface. The coil’s minimum control voltage rating is 208 Volts AC and its maximum voltage rating is 277 Volts AC. The coil’s operating frequency is 50 and 60 Hertz. The 100-D95EA00 contactor has a rated operating power range of 30 kilowatts at 230 Volts to 92 kilowatts at 690 Volts. The electronic interface integrated on the 100-D95EA00 contactor’s coil requires an external power source rated at 24 Volts DC to operate, and the current rating for the coil is 15 milliamps. The electronic interface has a pickup voltage range between 13 Volts DC and 30.2 Volts DC, whereas the dropout voltage range is from -3 Volts DC to +5 Volts DC.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D95EA00 Bulletin 100-D contactor provides 3 main contacts and no additional contacts. However, the users can add more contacts as required by using the contact blocks available for this contactor model as optional accessories. Replacement coils and replacement main contacts are also available for the 100-D95EA00 contactor. The replacement components have to be ordered separately from the contactor. To mount the contactor, only galvanized steel mounting plates can be used. The contactor provides threaded and thru-hole screw terminals for connections. The recommended tightening torque for the main contact’s screw-type terminals is 22 N-m. The terminals can take both solid and stranded wires with a cross-section of 6 to 300 MCM per the UL/CSA standards. The operating temperature of the 100-D95EA00 non-reversing contactor at the rated voltage is between -25 and +60 degrees Celsius. When operating at a higher temperature than 60 degrees Celsius, the current output rating is reduced significantly to avoid damage.
