The Allen-Bradley 100-D95EJ00 Bulletin 100-D series contactor features an AC-operated electronic coil with a special interface that consists of a coil cylinder and a PCB board for interface and control functions. The 100-D95EJ00 contactor supports 2 operating coil modes; the E mode, which is the normal factory-default mode operating mode, or the EI mode, which is the electronic interface operating mode. The operators can switch between modes by using the red jumper located under the cover of the contactor’s load side. When the jumper is set to the E mode, the control voltage is connected to the A1 and A2 coil terminals and it is controlled by using these terminals. This mode only provides control of the coil mechanism and not the interface. When the contactor is set in the EI mode, the electronic interface provides control of the coil mechanism and it allows for energization from the 24 Volts DC power source or any pilot devices via the B1 and B2 terminals.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D95EJ00 Bulletin 100-D series 3-phase non-reversing contactor has a nominal signal voltage rating of 24 Volts DC at a current rating of 15 milliamps. The 100-D95EJ00 contactor also has a coil control voltage rating of 24 Volts DC and a pickup voltage range of 13 to 30.2 Volts DC. The 100-D95EJ00 contactor has a built-in surge suppression feature for protection against high voltage spikes. It also has a voltage isolation rating of up 1000 Volts AC and an impulse voltage withstand rating of 12 kilovolts. The 100-D95EJ00 contactor is supplied without any side-mounted auxiliary contacts, however, up to 4 auxiliary contacts can be added to simplify the feedback wiring process and to allow the contactor to handle more types of applications.
