The Allen-Bradley 100-D95EN11 IEC contactor is a non-reversing AC contactor from the Bulletin 100-D compact contactor series. The 100-D95EN11 contactor is designed for high current load applications and can be used with the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 193 electronic overload relays to provide a robust and flexible starter system. The 100-D95EN11 contactor is supplied as a completely assembled unit with factory-installed options that include 2 side-mounted auxiliary contacts, an AC-controlled electronic coil, an onboard PLC interface, built-in surge suppression for protection against high voltage conditions, 3 normally open line-side contacts, and flat-end terminals. The 100-D95EN11 contactor supports a wide variety of Bulletin 100-D series accessories and renewal parts. Optional field-installable accessories such as terminal lugs, terminal covers, mounting plates, auxiliary contact blocks, and bridge connectors, can be ordered separately to customize the contactor for different applications.

The Allen-Bradley 100-D95EN11 Bulletin 100-D series contactor is rated for 55 kilowatts of maximum output power (AC-3) at 415 Volts AC, and it has a rated breaking current of 95 Amps. The 100-D95EN11 contactor has a control voltage range of 380 to 500 Volt AC for its electronic coil at a coil frequency range of 50 to 60 Hertz. Other electrical ratings for the contactor include 1000 Volts of IEC rated isolation voltage and 12 kilovolts of impulse voltage withstand. The 100-D95EN11 contactor has 2 operating modes which are the normal electronic operating mode or E mode and the electronic interface operating mode or the EI mode. Either operating mode can be selected by using a jumper switch located beneath the contactor’s line side. The coil has 2 primary terminals (A1 and A2) to which the control voltage is applied. In the E mode, the coil is wired and controlled from the A1 and A2 terminals, while in the EI mode, the contactor is controlled from a 24 Volts DC low-level signal source that is wired to the B1 and B2 terminals.
