The Allen-Bradley 100-E12EQ10 Low Consumption AC/DC Contactor is a 3-pole direct-on-line contactor which supports PLC input. The 100-E12EQ10 Contactor belongs to the Allen-Bradley 100E Bulletin of large-frame industrial contactors from the IEC 100 Contactors series and it is designed to provide low-cost, high-performance switching in a wide range of applications. The 100-E12EQ10 Contactor features a compact design that significantly reduces the contactor’s weight as well as its dimensions, thus saving limited panel space and installation costs. It offers a universal AC/DC coil option, which makes contactor selection for a wide range of applications much easier. The AC/DC coil option also offers a broader voltage range than average to meet the needs of a wide range of applications.

The 100-E12EQ10 Contactor supports direct-on-line connections for switching AC motors, and it provides a simplified and direct connection to a 3-phase power source. It comes with 3 main contacts and 1 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contact with screw-type terminals for field-side wiring. It supports a wide range of field-installable accessories to extend and enhance its performance. The 100-E12EQ10 Contactor’s coil is a low power consumption-rated AC/DC electronic coil with a DC operating coil voltage range of 12 to 20 Volts DC and a rated coil frequency of 50/60 Hertz. The contactor has an operating voltage range of 220 Volts AC to 690 Volts AC (24 Volts DC to 440 Volts DC) and a rated operational current of 12 Amps. The 100-E12EQ10 Contactor has a rated isolation voltage of 690 Volts AC and a maximum impulse voltage withstand rating of 6000 Volts AC. The 100-E12EQ10 Contactor comes with an IP2X (contactor coil terminals/auxiliary contact) ingress protection rating which provides both user and equipment protection.
