The 100-E12KD01 Contactor is a 3-pole direct-on-line DC contactor. It belongs to the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100E line of large frame contactors from the IEC 100 Contactors series. This contactor features a compact blueprint with significantly reduced weight and dimensions to conserve panel space and reduce installation costs. The Bulletin 100E line offers universal DC electronic coils to help streamline contactor selection with a small number of contactors that can all support a wide range of applications. The 100-E12KD01 Contactor offers significantly lower power hold-in and pickup current ratings than conventional contactors in its class. It also offers wider operating voltage limits than conventional contactors to accommodate a wider range of applications. The 100-E12KD01 Contactor comes with 3 main contacts and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact that all support a direct-on-line connection. It comes with a complete line of accessories and renewal parts that are field-installable, and it has an environmentally friendly design.

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100E 100-E12KD01 Contactor comes with a standard DC electronic coil (without a PLC interface). This coil has an operating voltage range of 100 to 250 Volts AC/DC at 50 or 60 Hertz coil input frequency. The 100-E12KD01 Contactor has a maximum operational current rating of 12 Amps at 400 Volts AC input and an acceptable operating voltage range of 115 Volts AC to 575 Volts AC or 24 Volts DC to 440 Volts DC. It has an isolation voltage rating of 600 Volts AC and a maximum circuit voltage withstand rating of 6 KiloVolts (KV).
