The 100-E146ED11 contactor is a 3-pole direct-on-line type of industrial contactor that has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the IEC 100 Contactors series. Some of the contactors from the IEC 100 Contactors series are equipped with special built-in terminal lugs, but the 100-E146ED11 3-pole direct-on-line contactor is not. However, it can be outfitted with external terminal lugs that are sold separately, and it has built-in auxiliary contacts, which are not standard features for every IEC 100 series contactor. The 100-E146ED11 contactor’s supported kilowatt output power ratings are 45, 75, and 90 kilowatts at 50 Hertz frequency, and its supported Horsepower output power ratings are 40, 50, 100, and 125 Horsepower at 60 Hertz frequency. This contactor supports 146 Amps of rated operational current with AC-3 motors at 400 Volts and 60 degrees Celsius and it supports 225 Amps of rated operational current with AC-1 motors at 690 Volts and 40 degrees Celsius.
