The 100-E190ED11 contactor is a 3-pole direct-on-line AC and DC-powered contactor which has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The 100-E190ED11 3-pole direct-on-line contactor is part of the 100-E contactor product line within the wider Allen-Bradley IEC 100 Contactors series. It can be customized with a variety of optional accessories such as a mechanical interlocking device, terminal lugs, terminal shrouds, and a PLC interface. The mechanical interlock device can be used to interlock the 100-E190ED11 3-pole direct-on-line contactor with another contactor, including another contactor that is not the same size as the 100-E190ED11 contactor. The terminal lugs allow the 100-E190ED11 3-pole contactor to host more connections than usual, and the terminal shields can be used to protect the live parts of the contactor from interference and to prevent the users from touching them.

The optional PLC interface that the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-E190ED11 3-pole direct-on-line contactor from the 100-E and IEC 100 Contactors series is compatible with can be used to increase its control options, and the PLC connects to the contactor through a special version of its AC/DC electronic coil. The 100-E190ED11 3-pole direct-on-line contactor must be ordered specifically with the special electronic coil that supports PLC input if it needs to connect to a PLC, and it should be ordered with the special coil only if it is guaranteed that the PLC input will be used. The coil voltage ranges that are supported by the 100-E190ED11 3-pole direct-on-line contactor are 100 to 250 Volts AC (with 50 to 60 Hertz frequency) and 100 to 250 Volts DC.
