The Allen-Bradley 100-E265KN11 AC/DC Contactor is a 3-phase AC/DC contactor designed as part of the IEC 100/Bulletin 100E series of large frame non-reversing contactors. The 100-E265KN11 Contactor features significantly reduced weight and dimensions (it is more than 25% narrower than average contactors in its class) to save panel space and installation costs. The 100-E265KN11 Contactor uses a universal AC/DC contactor coil. This coil accepts AC or DC control inputs, and it also provides wide operating voltage ranges and low switching ratings. The control input voltage ranges from 250 to 500 Volt AC/DC (with 50 to 60 Hertz frequency for the AC voltage). The 100-E265KN11 Contactor supports AC and DC inputs. It also supports a direct-on-line connection to a 3-phase power source. The 100-E265KN11 Contactor has 3 main contacts for wiring to 3-phase power sources. These main contacts are Normally Open (NO) contacts with bolt-on terminals. The 100-E265KN11 Contactor also features 2 side-mounted snap-in auxiliary contacts (1 NC or normally closed and 1 NO or normally open) with bolt-on terminals.

The 100-E265KN11 Contactor has a rated operating power of 132 kilowatts at 400 Volts AC input voltage. It also features built-in voltage suppression capabilities and circuit isolation rating of up to 690 Volts AC. The 100-E265KN11 Contactor is designed to meet all the relevant industrial standards such as the CSA, UL, IEC, and EAC standards. The 100-E265KN11 Contactor comes with an industry-standard IP2X insulated enclosure that provides a protective housing for the contactor’s internal components and protects the users against electric shocks which could occur if they touch the contacts. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to 70 degrees Celsius and it can be used at a maximum altitude of 3000 meters.
