The 100-E265KY11 contactor is an IEC 100 series direct-line contactor that has been designed by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This contactor is intended to operate with electric circuits in motor control applications. It can perform switching activities with high interrupting actions and it is used mostly in steel mills and mining applications. This contactor operates with 3 poles and it includes 2 auxiliary contacts, one of which is normally open, and one of which is normally closed. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-E265KY11 direct-line contactor operates with a dual coil voltage and a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz for the AC voltage range. Both voltage ranges go from 48 to 130 Volts. This contactor also operates with a current rating of 400 Amps at a standard ambient temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-E265KY11 IEC 100 direct-line contactor can be ordered with an optional PLC interface and it comes with regular screw terminals and thru-hole screw terminals. This contactor can also be ordered with an electronic optional overload relay. This contactor comes with electronic coils that can diminish the pick-up current and holding current as well to guarantee operations without interference. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-E265KY11 direct-line contactor supports an operating temperature range of -40 to 70 degrees Celsius and a maximum operating altitude of 3000 meters. This contactor helps to save energy with its low power consumption ratings, and it also comes with a built-in surge suppression feature. This last feature helps to protect the circuit against voltage spikes that might cause damages and interfere with stable operations, especially when using AC voltage.
