The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-E26KY400 contactor is a 4-pole type of industrial direct-on-line contactor that supports both AC and DC voltage operation. It has been manufactured as part of the IEC 100 Contactors series from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The 4 main poles on the 100-E26KY400 direct-on-line contactor are all NO or normally open contacts. There are no normally open or normally closed auxiliary contacts in this module. The rated current for the 100-E26KY400 direct-on-line contactor is 45 Amps at an ambient operating temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit with both AC-1 motors that are rated at 690 Volts and with UL general-use motors with enclosures that are rated at 600 Volts. It can operate with these motors on its own or along with other optional accessories.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 100-E26KY400 4-pole direct-on-line contactor from the IEC 100 series is compatible with an optional 2-pole side-mounted auxiliary contact. This auxiliary contact supports right-side and left-side mounting with 2-way numbering, optional sequence terminal designations, screw-type terminals, and support for mirror contact performance. This auxiliary contact has 1 normally open contact and 1 normally closed contact that can mirror the 4 normally open contacts of the 100-E26KY400 direct-on-line contactor. This contactor is manufactured to be as environmentally fruendly and compact as possible with or without accessories. The 100-E26KY400 direct-on-line contactor can use paralleling terminals to connect poles in a parallel formation to increase the AC-1 load which can pass through the flow path that is made up of all the poles that have been connected in parallel.
